New STEM Lab! Two students building a lego robot

We are so excited to reveal our brand new STEM Lab at St. Edward! Our students in grades K-5 will be visiting the STEM Lab once a week as a part of their special area rotation. Middle school students will have STEM classes twice a week.

In our new STEM Lab, students will have the opportunity to build and program robots with our new VEX Robotics kits. They will also learn about three different types of coding: block coding, scratch coding, and text coding. Additionally, students will complete STEM challenges which will allow students to design and build solutions to real world problems.

We are so excited to see the amazing things students will create in our STEM Lab with their science, technology, engineering, and math skills!
